It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Site (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). Some data will be collected automatically by the WordPress site to track your logins or visits. Aside from that, our website does not use Google analytics nor is there a facility to send us any information other than the contact form which asks for the following data:

4.3 (Title of message); 4.4 body of your message.

This message is not stored on our website and arrives into our secure email system via our British Telecom email accounts in the usual way.

Purpose:  Used only for administrators to login. This cookie is redundant for general visitors.
